The staff were so pleasant and caring. The resort was welcoming and beautifully maintained. The restaurant was very nice with beautiful beach views and the beach was at the better end of Chawang. The pool was great and poolside service excellent. The location was terrific. I will stay here again.

Disappointing hotel, compared to others - room in main block is depressing and needs major refurbishment. Other garden villa rooms also look "tired" ... not impressed! Certainly not good value for room rate.

the breakfast was v ordinary poorly cooked and no variety compared to other resorts it was substandard the other meals were good but pricy rooms v sparten and for money 40% more than comparable access to beach not as in brochure wouldn't recommend it as much better quality and value elsewhere website was over blown

The beachfront location including the restaurant with the nice sea view, good food at the Baitong restaurant for lunch and dinner at affordable prices, nice resort in "jungle"-style with bungalows, friendly staff in the baitong restaurant. If you get a good rate and the negative points don't bother you, it's a hotel with a very good location on a nice beach.
The bed was hard like a rock, you basically don't get good sleep and when you tell the staff you get a suplementary soft top on your bed. Unfortunately this doesn't improve the situation, it's still hard and will even more cause problems with your back. We ended up visiting a lot of back massage to get our backs fixed. After a short talk to the general manager we found out, that the hotel is all aware of the problem and that a lot of people complain. But, so far the answer from the management, at the moment there is no money to change this uncomfortable situation. We felt this to be a bad situation. Breakfast was buffet-style and very basic. The juices are not fresh but made from concentrate, a pity in this region, where you normally get delicious fresh juices. The check-out procedure in this hotel seem to follow it's own rules as you get a phone call the evening before your check-out. The reception asked us, when we would leave. They didn't offered any help, just wanted to know when we were going to leave. Then the next day, the guy to claim the baggage came far to early, even though we asked to come on a specified time. Then he waited at our door till we got done, so did also the housekeeping. This is a pretty rude way to say good-bye and not professional.

Location, restaurant, best area of chaweng...Breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly.
Rooms weren't at nice as the rest of the facilities, but shouldn't be spending time there anyway - the beach was amazing.

Wonderful scattered villas & beautifully maintained gardens....far better than any hotel style resort! Fantastic quiet end of great beach but not too far to walk to shops..bars..restaurants ect. Staff wonderful... very friendly, helpful...and happy :) Food & drinks at resort very very good...and great prices! ....lots of 'happy hours' throughout day! Dinner on beach a must!! Heaps of yummy choices for breakfast. Pool and beach fantastic with plenty of deck chairs to go around. Massage on beach great & same prices as on street. Ticked all our boxes for a great holiday and would stay here again.
The only thing I would like to bring to the resorts attention is the bathroom. Even though you don't spend a lot of time in there it really does need an update and freshen up. Mould is difficult to keep undercontrol in the tropics but it did make things look old & not 100% clean.
